


Meet The Chef
I am a graduate of University of Maryland Eastern Shore. I have a Bachelors degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and a Minor in Culinary Arts. During college I took four years of Culinary classes, which heightened my culinary skills. After college I worked at restaurants and senior living communities , while catering in my spare time. I am a foodie at heart. I enjoy making food from scratch with the freshest ingredients. I love preparing food for other's enjoyment. I like to make comfort food with an elegant twist. I always use fresh herbs and spices to add surprisingly good flavors to classic dishes.
